The Hock Lee Group of companies began with the formation of Hock Lee Sawmill Company on 1941.
Presently, Hock Lee Group has more than 15 subsidiaries with Hock Lee Holdings Sdn Bhd. as its parent
company. One of its subsidiaries, Hock Lee Timber Industries Sdn. Bhd is holding ISO 9001: 2008 in
the manufacture of laminated and finger-jointed products The original activities of the group are trading of logs and sawn timbers, logging, conveyancing of logs, sawmilling, kiln-drying, wood preservation, moulding, finger-jointed products, parquet and the production of value added laminated board for truck and containers flooring for export worldwide. |

| The group has experience in manufacturing of industrial glue and plywood and has investment in oil palm plantation, The group also diversified into real estate development including township development, credit and mortgage, petrol station operation under the brand of "XCEL", hospitality industry under the name of "360 Hotel", property management and investment in commercial, residential
as well as industrial properties. |
